Software Installation & Upgrade
Your computer's crashed and you want to get it started again. Often the only solution is to reinstall all the programs - including Windows. Or you want to upgrade your operating system but are apprehensive if something will go wrong. We put your fears to rest by first taking a complete backup of whatever is recoverable from your system and then reinstalling or upgrading your applications or operating system.

System Tuning
One of the most common complaints is that "My computer's too slow!" Often the reason is not outdated hardware but improper maintenance of the computer. Its similar to your car - Try cleaning the air filter first before buying a new one. System Security
Computer viruses - unlike hay fever - are not seasonal. They are here to stay. But sometimes all it takes is common sense and basic maintenance to be free from computer viruses. We can install some freely available but powerful spyware busting programmes or a licensed anti-virus programme to give you peace of mind. We can also provide guidance on things you need to know to be safe. If you have a wireless network in your home, you would probably also want to know about how to prevent others from using your network or hacking into your computer from your unsecured wireless network. Ask us - its easy to be safe!

You can bundle any of the above services with a session on advisory services. Once we solve your problem, we can explain why the problem happened, what you can do to prevent it from happening again - and above all teach you the basics so that you can do the troubleshooting yourself if the problem recurs. If you are simply interested in learning - you can call us for timed sessions on range of topics like Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Basic Networking or any other topic you think interests you. After all, we are your friendly neighbourhood service.
